The Annexe consists of a double, two twins, and a single, serviced by a shower room and bathroom. There is a kitchen. Amenities include an electric range oven and gas hob, electric two-ring hob, two microwaves, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two kettles and two toasters, plus a TV and selection of books. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, plus off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome but sorry, no smoking. Highchair and travel cot available. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 0.7 miles, beach 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Explore Devon with a stay at Laundry Cottage. Nearby Hartland Forest encompasses hundreds of acres of Forestry Commission woodland, whilst just 5 miles away lies the village of Clovelly, renowned for its flower-strewn cottages and steep cobbled footpath leading down to the 14th Century harbour. Much of the seashore from Bideford to Bude is part of the National Trust’s Heritage Coastline with its breathtaking walks and dramatic cliffs at Hartland Quay just 6 miles away. water sports enthusiasts are also well catered for, with surfing lessons available at Bude, and the water sports centre at Tamar Lakes
