Further afield, the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations with visitors, and other attractions include the golden sandy beaches, a zoo, an aquarium and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley. On entering this newly refurbished three storey property, you will find yourself on the first floor which consists of two bedrooms, a utility cupboard and the family bathroom. The first of the two bedrooms on this floor is a light and airy twin zip and link (which can be made into a super king size on request), the second bedroom is a double which offers views over Brixham. The utility cupboard offers a washing machine. Completing this floor is the bathroom, which offers a shower over bath and WC. Heading on up to the second floor you will find the snug, where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views over Brixham. Finishing this floor is the master bedroom, a spacious room which consists of a king size bed, Smart TV and an en suite shower room with shower and WC. Heading down the stairs to the ground floor you are greeted by the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the fabulous lounge area allows you to sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or just enjoy a catch up with family and friends. The wonderful open plan kitchen/diner is the perfect back drop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the delightful kitchen area. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Venture outside to the small enclosed rear garden, which offers a bistro set, great for those morning coffees. Roadside parking is available in the next few streets behind (subject to availability), alternatively, there are long stay public car parks located nearby and a weekly parking permit can be purchased from the local council within the public car parks.
