This property is located close to Brixham town centre, just a few minutes walk from the town s busy harbour with its heritage fishing fleet, and tour boats.

The whole region is known for the clear blue water and warm seas at the beaches, and there are several beaches within easy reach of the town centre, including Shoalstone Beach which has the added bonus of a tidal pool, and quiet Fishcombe Cove. The coastal walks around the edges of the town are absolutely stunning, whether you fancy walking out to the lighthouse at Berryhead National Nature Reserve, or enjoying the picturesque six mile hike to the neighbouring town of Paignton.
