The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a 2’6 twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there are extensive communal gardens with lawn, furniture, tennis, outdoor heated pool, sauna, barbecue, and a snooker room, as well as one allocated off-road parking space available, extra parking for one visitor car. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. The South Devon community of Blackawton and its neighbouring settlements are ideal for a relaxing vacation. The location strikes a wonderful combination between solitude and convenience, with a plethora of picturesque hikes, welcoming local pubs, and more right on your doorstep, all while being within easy reach to Dartmouth and the beaches of Start Bay. The 14th-century Parish Church of St. Michael stands proudly in the middle of the hamlet on Main Street. The George Inn, located in the centre of the village, is a family-run bar. This dog-friendly pub is located across from the church and has a scenic view of the South Hams countryside from its back patio. Halwell is a quaint farming community not far from both the bustling market town of Kingsbridge and the trendy neighbourhood of Totnes. Markets are held outside on Fridays and Saturdays in this picturesque Devon town, which is home to a thriving main street and a regular market. Every Tuesday morning during the high season (May through September), you can visit an authentic Elizabethan market.
