This property is most ideal for two adults or two adults plus two children. The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV, a selection of books and games, and a woodburning stove, and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a walled rear courtyard with furniture and barbecue, an enclosed front courtyard, and designated parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with two stairgates, already installed. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.5 miles and the beach in 1.9 miles. Area
Between the cities of Modbury and Kingsbridge, in the South Hams region of Devon, England, is a village known as St Ann's Chapel. A dependable neighbourhood store and a quaint restaurant, The Pickwick Inn, are both located in this village. Bigbury on Sea, a community with a long, sandy beach (surf school, cafe), which stretches to Burgh Island, is only three miles distant. Both the real ale pub in the nearby seaside village of Ringmore and the South West Coast Path are worthwhile stops. A little further out, at the head of the extensively creeked Kingsbridge Estuary (which may be reached by boat), the traditional market town of Kingsbridge is home to a variety of independent stores, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, and antique stores.
