In the summer months (weather permitting) you can catch a little boat that will ferry you across to the beautiful fishing village of Appledore where you can have a go at crabbing from the harbour wall, or take a stroll down the narrow cobbled streets where you will find a plethora of craft shops and pubs. The Big Sheep family attraction is only 5 miles away. Keen cyclists will love the Tarka Trail that s on your doorstep and has 180 miles of off road cycling following the stunning coastline.
