Play golf at a local course (4 miles), or head to the pretty fishing quayside village of Appledore, and the beach resort of Westward Ho! (7 miles), where you have 3 miles of glorious sand and rock pools to explore. Approach the cottage through the garden and come in through the front door, where you are greeted by the cosy lounge with exposed beams and a feature fireplace with a wood burner, comfy seating and Smart TV, a small desk and chair in the far corner allows you to catch up on work or emails if you need to. The kitchen/diner can be found through the lounge door, and this offers everything you could need to cater for your stay with a convenient dining table and chairs making mealtimes a breeze. A door leads out from this area to a small yard and this has an outside tap and hose ideal for washing off sandy paws or rinsing out wetsuits etc. Heading back through to the lounge and before the staircase is the ground floor bathroom. The stairs rise to the first floor and the two bedrooms, both have Smart TV s and Velux windows. There is one bedroom with king size bed, and an en suite WC and one twin room. The rear garden, fully enclosed has a patio area to make the most of sunny days, as well as a large lawned area ideal for games. Garden furniture and loungers are provided as is a charcoal BBQ.
