Sat beside this is the final bedroom, a beautifully presented king size bedroom with an en suite shower and WC. Finally, an undeniably useful utility room with two heated towel rails, perfect for drying towels and wet suits after a day at the beach, a washing machine and a tumble dryer completes the offering inside the property. Ascending the stairs to second floor, the accommodation opens up into a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner, the lounge area with an impressive vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, stereo, wood burner and French doors leading to an enclosed balcony. The kitchen itself is perfectly appointed and includes an informal dining area in the shape of a breakfast bar, two electric ovens and five ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a separate fridge and two dishwashers. From the games room you can step outside to a lovely enclosed courtyard, presented with garden furniture and a BBQ.
