The Tarka Trail (traffic free) can be seen from the property and Bideford with a range of quayside shops, pubs, restaurants and pannier market is a short walk. Sandy beaches close by; Westward Ho! with 2 miles of golden sands, and beautiful Instow and Appledore are 10 minutes away. For kids, the Big Sheep and Ultimate Adventure Centre are within 2 miles. Why not visit RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal, or enjoy National Trust cliff top walks. Within a 2 minute drive the river is great for Paddle Boarding.
