A traditional fishermen s cozy cottage with fire effect wood burner situated in the estuary side village of Appledore in North Devon, with shops, bistros, restaurants and the village quay (perfect for crabbing) all just a short walk away.

This property is located in the fishing village of Appledore, which has retained the traditional atmosphere of a slower pace of life of times gone by. In the summer months, a ferry runs across the Torridge estuary to the village of Instow where there is a pretty beach, as well as a yacht club and yet more eateries and pubs.
