This single storey property is located in the stunning Devonshire countryside, in the hamlet of Higher Clovelly, which is just two miles from the popular village of Clovelly, a stunningly maintained private village with its famous cobbled streets and gives visitors a taste of Devonshire life in times gone by.

There are a number of beaches in the area, the large family friendly beach at Westward Ho! which also boasts a surfing academy or Bude and all of its lively beaches. Just ten miles from the property, the pretty harbour town of Bideford offers narrow winding streets lined with interesting shops, which make it a wonderful place to spend an afternoon.
