Detached property situated in the semi rural pretty village of Parkham with both village pub and butchers within walking distance and local farm shop around a 5 minute drive. You are just a short drive from all the delights North Devon has to offer and is a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding area. Bideford, with its traditional pannier market, independent shops, and range of well regarded eateries, is a great place to enjoy a slice of authentic Devonshire life. The two mile wide beach at Westward Ho! is just three miles away, as is the pretty village beach at Instow. A ferry runs from Instow, taking passengers across the estuary to the neighbouring fishing village of Appledore, where visitors will find several bistros and a pretty quay where they can watch the fishermen return with the day s catch. Enter in to the bright and airy entrance hall with armchair and space to leave your coats before exploring the rest of the property. To the right of the entrance hall one step will take you to the spacious lounge with comfy sofas, Smart TV with basic Sky package and warming woodburner, perfect for those cooler evenings.
