Nearby to this beautifully restored cottage is the cliff side village of Clovelly, with its whitewashed cottages and winding cobbled street down the hillside to the harbour where pubs, shops and restaurants can be enjoyed. Hartland, boasts a selection of craft and pottery shops, cafes, restaurants as well as some of the most spectacular coastline views in the British Isles from Hartland Point. Situated a short drive away is the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge. Further afield you have the ever popular town of Bude which boasts a choice of beaches, numerous amenities and a picturesque canal. The open plan lounge and dining room welcome you in with light tones and a country charm, the modern kitchen is just off this room with similar calming tones. Upstairs the spacious king size bedroom has luxurious linens and a magnificent original beam sweeping across the ceiling. The shower room has a rain forest shower to indulge yourself under. Outside there is a small private courtyard across the yard at the front of the property which makes a lovely spot to sit and relax or even have a BBQ. You also have access to the owners 8 acres of peaceful grounds including a small lake to enjoy.
