Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

There's something playful about this home. From pops of bright colours to the picnic bench to the climbing wall. It's sophisticated while appealing to your inner child, and we love it. It's what's known as an 'upside-down house', meaning the garden is upstairs rather than downstairs. Everyone loves a balcony, and a large balcony that becomes a garden, offering ample opportunity to take in the sweeping Devon countryside, is pretty special. Start off your day with a coffee in the lovely morning sun, enjoying the tinkling of the birds chirping away. The area is particularly good for walking, so hiking enthusiasts will love it. You can follow trails from right outside your door, or drive the ten minutes to Landkey where you'll find loops and trails with spectacular views. When it's time for lunch, Ilfracombe is a bit further out at just under half an hour by car, but it's worth it. It doesn't get much better than freshly caught seafood at the harbour, with the afternoon light dancing on the calm sea. And don't forget to pack your swimming costume for Ilfracombe has some of the best beaches in North Devon. However you spend your day, you'll love coming home to your welcoming cottage. Rustle up dinner in the open kitchen and gather around the dining table for an evening of food, drinks, and laughs. Be sure not to miss the sunset in the garden, watching the glowing sun dip behind the Devon countryside is bliss.
