Like most of the houses in the village, Rose Bud Cottage does not have private parking, but free parking is available in the lane outside. You ll also find a large tumble dryer situated in the cupboard next to the French doors which lead out to the private garden to the rear. Moving upstairs using the original, steep spiral staircase, at the end of the hall you'll find the first double bedroom with a charming double aspect and window seat. Just down the hall is a single bedroom with a sunny outlook to the lane from its window seat. Off the hallway to the left is a family bathroom boasting a bath and hand held shower, with basin and WC. Accessed through the family bathroom to the rear and completing the cottage is the second double bedroom with a beautifully exposed cobbled wall and window to the side. Outside, to the rear, is a private lawned garden and a raised decked area to the left, offering a fantastic, sunny spot for breakfast or lunch. The garden can be accessed via a side gate which is also secured.
