The Light House is a wonderful terraced cottage based in Appledore, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms: one king-size with Juliet balcony, one twin and one day bed, together sleeping five guests and sharing a shower room. Downstairs provides an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a utility/cloakroom. Outside has an enclosed patio area with furniture and a lower terrace, as well as roadside parking on first come, first-served basis. The Light House is an excellent choice for a rural break to the coast of Devon.

Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size with Juliet balcony, 1 x twin, 1 x single bed (day bed design). Shower room with shower, basin, WC and sun-pipe. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Utility/cloakroom with washing machine and WC.

Area
Appledore is a village resting at the mouth of the River Torridge, in Devon. Hosting a small choice of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets for all of your amenities. You are within reach of a multitude of white sandy beaches for a day trip, or visit the nearby golf course. Further afield are the bustling towns of Barnstaple and Ilfracombe which offer a whole host of attractions.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Travel cot, stair gate and baby listener provided on request, please state in your booking request if you would like the travel cot to be set up for your arrival and please bring your own sheets/bedding for the travel cot. Roadside parking. Front enclosed gravelled area. Enclosed patio area with furniture, BBQ and rear access. Lower terrace with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.3 miles. Please state in your booking request if you would like the travel cot to be set up for your arrival.
