Two bedrooms are on the first floor, one offering the great views.  A master bedroom is on the lower ground floor with ensuite facilities and French windows to rear courtyard overlooking the estuary, a great place to watch the boats and wildlife.  The quay is a short stroll away with a selection of shops cafes and pubs and the historic Elizabethan port of Bideford or the large surfing beach resort of Westward Ho! are only five minutes by car.
