Just a short downhill walk to the quayside and a selection of individual shops, pubs and eateries.  The popular beach resort of Westward Ho! is just a 10 minute drive and there are other wonderful coast and countryside locations to explore including the picturesque village of Clovelly, the Elizabethan Port Town of Bideford as well as the popular visitor attractions of Dartington Glass and RHS Garden Rosemoor.
