The cottage is comfortable and retains much of its original character, including low ceiling thresholds and a steep stairway, however visitors will not be disappointed with the cosy feel and home from home comforts that the cottage provides. There is a kitchen area with butchers block, range cooker and table and chairs seating 4. The cosy living room has two sofas surrounding the woodburner, perfect for cosy evenings in. There is access to the garden via the neighbours garden, another quirk to these old cottages. There is also a private roof garden accessible from the main bedroom. The surf washed sands of Westward Ho! with its famous golf course, the indoor leisure centre at Northam and the historic port town of Bideford are all within five minutes drive.
