  • "Rather disappointed as strong dog smell especially in the bedroom along with stains on the carpet."

Shame that a few things looked tired & needed replacing. Gave an overall appearance of lack of attention which was disappointing. We haven't avoided houses that have dogs before as never been a problem until now. This will make us think twice.

Very sorry to hear about these issues. This is the first time we have had comments of this nature and we will speak to our housekeeping team to ensure that future guests don’t have a similar experience. Property Owner
