The village boasts plenty of things to keep the whole family entertained. There s a long street of shops, cafes and places of interest like the Aquarium. Riverside walks are ideal for a shady stroll. Within an easy drive is the splendid Chatsworth House (8.5 miles), Haddon Hall (7.5 miles) and Crich Tramway Village (5.5 miles). You can take advantage of the excellent walking routes around the Derwent Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
