  • "Firstly the property had not been cleaned!"

Secondly the first morning the kitchen floor was half covered with water coming out of a low level cupboard, containing Gas Meter! Rang the owner, and was disappointed with his reaction, as if it had not ever happened before. But apparently with the wetness of the inside of the cupboard it has been a problem for a long time. Flooding for two more days until an Engineer arrived.

We do apologise for the property not being cleaned on arrival but as soon as we were made aware of the issue we had a cleaning team on the way to you and we left you with a bottle of wine and chocolates to apologise for this issue. In regards to the leak as soon as we were made aware we sent two engineers to the property to assist you. We feel we have done everything we can in this situation and are disappointed that you are not fully satisfied with the service we provided but we thank you for the comments that we will take on board to ensure future guests have the best stay available to them.
