This property is especially suitable for families and groups who wish to have a quiet and relaxing short break. Please be mindful this is a residential neighborhood and not suitable for loud noise or music outside the property at any time. No parties are allowed at this property and only guests who have been included in the booking are permitted to attend the property. We would like to respectfully ask that noise levels especially outside are kept to a minimum, at all times, out of respect for our neighbors and our surroundings. We have just come back from a lovely few days at 2 carr farm close, everything from start to finish was absolutely brilliant! The host couldn't do enough for us and she was so kind, the house was beautiful and spotless, we really couldn't fault it! We enjoyed it so much that we are booking again, but to go to their amazing farm house next time! Anybody looking for a nice break I can definitely recommend this place!

This was a brilliant stay from start to finish. The owner of the property was extremely welcoming and was available at all times either by phone or even Whatsapp. The hot tub was bubbling and warm as soon as we arrived. The house was absolutely perfect for all of us (8 people), it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was so peaceful and felt safe. Our main reason for the trip was to visit the Peak District, which we did and the house couldn't of been located in a better area for going there. I would like to thank the owners for their hospitality and kindness and we hope to visit again very very soon! Highly recommended.

The owner was super friendly, house was immaculate and perfect for a weekend away. Not far from town centre (15/20 min walk). Hot tub was amazing, beds really comfortable and bathrooms were great. Smart TVs were also a great touch, allowing us to watch Netflix. Definitely would come back in the future, 10/10!!!

Had a lovely holiday at 2 Carr Farm Close during the new year period.. The cottage was very clean and we felt very comfortable from the minute we arrived. All necessary information was given beforehand, including nearby attractions/facilities etc. The owners kindly gave us a late checkout free of charge. We will definitely be returning, thanks!

We had a fab weekend at the house - it was perfect for what we needed.. Great size bedrooms and reception rooms. Beds were exceedingly comfy and the house was warm and cosy. The house was in a good location - 15/20 minute walk into Glossop. Ample parking for multiple cars. Hot tub was ready and warm when we arrived which was a lovely treat. Manuzah and Matthew were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Lovely location.. Glossop has a village feel with all shops you could need. A good size Tesco and Aldi in the village as well as local shops. From here we we explored snake pass and went to Sheffield and along Derwent Valley. We drove Leeds and took the train to Manchester. Lovely scenery and friendly local people. This is an excellent property. It is very comfortable with everything you could need. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus and we used the hot tub most days. A quiet neighbourhood with parking out front. Highly recommended we will definitely be back !

I booked 2 Farm Close for my husbands 60th Birthday to celebrate with a few friends and family and on arrival I was a little bit disappointed as they property was on a housing estate.. Inside the property were all the facilities I have come to expect from holiday rentals. quite a lot of things were brand new, bedding, iron, ironing board towels, etc, Overall it was a great house, the area was lovely but there were a few issues that we thought you should know about for future rentals. The bins outside were full so had to put our rubbish in separate black bags, luckily there were some under the sink. The shower in the en-suite had a split in the hose near the shower head so the water sprayed every where. None of the lamps in the hall and bedrooms had any bulbs in them, we had to buy a few. The hot tub was empty and we had to clean it and refill it, but then when we refilled it from the hot and cold tap as instructed we had no hot water for showers. The glass from the dining area to the conservatory has finger marks on the. The puff in the lounge we found a sock and a pen when we move it and was a bit dirty In one of the twin rooms my guest found some dirty face wipes and a chocolate wrapper in one of the drawers. What would have been nice was to have had a BBQ and maybe a couple of sun loungers (as most of us are sun worshipers). oh! and may be a washing line. :) I hope that this is taken as constructive criticism, we did have a fabulous time, I will recommend it to friends and family and I would book it again. I would love to hear your thoughts on the above. And if you feel that my comments/observations are worth publishing, then please do.
