In between the towns of Findern and Twyford, on the Trent River and a 240-year-old canal, is the charming riverside village of Willington. When visiting Willington, be sure to take advantage of the town's picturesque countryside environment and wide range of services. The Mercia Marina offers a variety of dining and shopping options, while the Willington Wetlands Nature Reserve is a great place to go birdwatching. The Nadee Restaurant, The Boardwalk Bar & Dining, Lotus Indian Kitchen, and Willow Tree Tea Room are all great places to eat, and the adjoining convenience store is a great place to fill up on snacks and drinks.
