There is one double bedroom and one queen sized bedroom, one of which has a log effect gas fire, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a multi-level, rear garden with barbecue and summerhouse, and off-road parking to the rear for two small cars or one large car. Sorry, this is a pet-free and smoke-free home. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, and River Wy in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The charming, small market town, Bakewell, that has managed to preserve its lovely rural ambiance and has a nice assortment of stores, eateries, and bars in addition to regional farmers markets. In the heart of the town, a historic market hall from the 17th century stands alongside a contemporary recreation facility with a pool. The Peak District National Park includes Bakewell, which is ideally situated for visiting this stunning area. Both the craggy Dark Peak and the gentler limestone White Peak are easily accessible, and Britain's top amusement park, Alton Towers, is only a short drive away. A few of the numerous stately homes to visit are Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, and Hardwick Hall. Other attractions worth seeing are the magnificent caverns in nearby Castleton and Little John's burial site in Hathersage.
