Conveniently set at the end of picturesque Dovedale, enjoy the Tissington Trail where you can roam over 30 miles of countryside trails on foot or by bike. Within 20 miles visit Matlock Bath's Little Switzerland gorge, Peak Rail's steam trains puffing along the Derwent Valley and the National Tramway Museum for fun for the whole family. However, remember to leave some time aside to enjoy Chatsworth House and gardens (22 miles) or experience heart stopping thrills on the latest rides at Alton Towers, 14 miles away. From the front door entrance, take a couple of steps down into the lounge with its homely wooden flooring, comfortable seating and Smart TV the perfect place to put your feet up with a good book after a day of exploring the area.
