There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with decking and seating. Family bathroom with bath and over bath shower. Fuel and power inc. Bed linen and towels inc. Off-road parking for 2 cars. No dogs. Sorry no smoking.

Settled within the heart of the beautiful Lake District are the twin towns of Bowness and Windemere, home to the famous lake where walkers can revel in the scenery or take the water itself with a variety of watersports. Windemere offers a range of amenities to its visitors, including a good selection of independent shops and restaurants and pubs serving delicious local produce. Be sure to take a boat ride from Ambleside to Bowness, where you can explore the Lakeside Aquarium or venture to Beatrix Potter's Hill Top House.

For use of the onsite facilities, a complex pass is required, these can be purchased from reception. Access to the local leisure facilities is complimentary and can be withdrawn at any time without financial penalty, we as the letting agent or the property owner cannot be held responsible for this provision in service, as it’s subject to third-party provider located off site.
