This cottage enjoys a quiet location in the small village of Satterthwaite, within walking distance of the local pub, The Eagles Head, perfect for a long lunch, or a few drinks in the evening.

Two miles from the property is the Grizedale Forest visitor centre which has a range of walking and cycle routes, Segways for hire, a sculpture trail, and a Go Ape high ropes adventure. Of course, visitors will want to visit the lakes and the property is situated right in the middle of two of the region s finest: Coniston Water and Lake Windermere, which are both around six miles away.
