This charming 18th century cottage overlooks the River Crake in the quiet village of Spark Bridge. Coniston Water or Lake Windermere are within 7 miles for a range of walks and water sports. Just 10 miles away is the village of Cartmel, famed for its ancient priory, racecourse, sticky toffee pudding and Michelin starred restaurant. On entering the cottage, you'll find plenty of space for muddy boots. After a day out exploring the hills and lakes, you can relax in the spacious lounge with a wood burner, a Smart TV and a range of games and books. Further seating can be found in the sunny conservatory, with a separate WC adjacent. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a family meal, with an open plan dining area that has space for six around the table. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs on the first floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms: a king size master bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
