Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, along with off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and starter pack for the woodburning stove are all included in the rent. It is well-known locally as a starting place for exploring the neighbouring fells and the Duddon Valley, as well as a fantastic base for exploring the nearby towns of Hawkshead, Ambleside, and Windermere. It was one of Wordsworth's favourite hangouts. Locally, Coniston Old Man, Wetherlam, and the magnificent woodland paths at Grizedale Forest offer excellent walking, mountain biking, climbing, and watersports options.
