The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The kitchen door leads to the downstairs WC then out to the garden. Upstairs the double bedroom has a lovely window seat set into the characterful exposed sandstone walls with views to the front of the property. The second bedroom is a small, twin room and there is a shower room. Outside to the rear is a lovely, enclosed, garden entered via a small gateway opposite the back door across a cobbled rear access. Here there is a small patio with a table and chairs ideal for indulging in a spot of al fresco dining, enjoying the fantastic views of the Lakeland fells including Scafell Pike and Great Gable.
