Cherry Tree Barn is a three-storey barn conversion with a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include a two king-size rooms and two twin rooms, served by a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is a patio with seating and ample off-road parking. You can find a shop and pub within 6.1 miles or less and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. A travel cot and highchair is also provided. Cherry Tree Barn has it all.

Area
The small village of Newby Bridge takes its name from the five arched stone bridge built in 1651 over the River Leven. The famous Furness Railway, one of Britain's oldest working standard gauge steam railways, runs between Haverthwaite and Newby Bridge. Visit the Lakeside Hotels and enjoy magnificent views across Windermere and the surrounding fells, or enjoy the Aquarium of the Lakes, where the naturally themed habitats, bring the history of the Lakes vividly to life. Bowness-on-Windermere provides a lovely day out, plus the picturesque village of Hawkshead still retains the charm and character that so endeared it to its most famous residents - William Wordsworth and Beatrix Potter, and admire the views at nearby Gummer's How.
