The living areas include a kitchen/diner housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a sitting room with gas fire. Both bedrooms include king sized beds, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed courtyard. This property will take one dog however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub. Primrose Cottage provides a delightful escape to Cumbria, whatever time of year.

The tourist hub of the northern Lake District is the well-known town of Keswick, which has a lot to offer travellers at any time of year. The town offers a wide variety of stores and eateries to suit every taste, as well as miniature golf, wonderful parks, the renowned Theatre by the Lake, a charming cinema, the Pencil Museum, a climbing wall, fishing, and fantastic mountain biking opportunities. Derwentwater, a beautiful lake at the head of the breathtaking Borrowdale Valley, is only a short stroll from the town centre. The stunning Newlands Valley is nearby, situated between Braithwaite and Buttermere, and the charming Bassenthwaite Lake is definitely worth a visit. Everything from a leisurely stroll through the countryside to a strenuous walk up Skiddaw or the renowned Catbells is available. Visit the Jennings Brewery, Mirehouse, a magnificent home and gardens on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake, or go on a wonderful boat tour of Derwentwater. Any time of year, this is a terrific Lakeland visit because to the abundance of family-friendly attractions, beautiful parks, and the neighbouring Lake District Wildlife Park.
