Appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, decking, furniture and a barbecue, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.7 miles, you will find the nearest shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. The tourist hub of the northern Lake District is the well-known town of Keswick, which has a lot to offer travellers at any time of year. The town offers a wide variety of stores and eateries to suit every taste, as well as miniature golf, wonderful parks, the renowned Theatre by the Lake, a charming cinema, the Pencil Museum, a climbing wall, fishing, and fantastic mountain biking opportunities. Derwentwater, a beautiful lake at the head of the breathtaking Borrowdale Valley, is only a short stroll from the town centre. The stunning Newlands Valley is nearby, situated between Braithwaite and Buttermere, and the charming Bassenthwaite Lake is definitely worth a visit. Everything from a leisurely stroll through the countryside to a strenuous walk up Skiddaw or the renowned Catbells is available. Visit the Jennings Brewery, Mirehouse, a magnificent home and gardens on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake, or go on a wonderful boat tour of Derwentwater. Any time of year, this is a great Lakeland destination thanks to the abundance of family-friendly attractions, beautiful parks, and the nearby Lake District Wildlife Park.
