Situated in a quiet residential area, an easy 1/3 mile walk from the centre of Keswick; the property is perfectly placed whether you feel like popping into the bustling centre of the town, or whether you'd like to get outdoors and make the most of the stunning natural surroundings.

Keswick has an array of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, as well as a variety of water sports on Derwentwater. Although children under 7 are not accepted, older children will love Fitz Park with its playground and tennis courts, and the museum and swimming pool are excellent rainy day options.
