The apartment is set in a fantastic spot close to the heart of Keswick. This thriving market town has plenty for everyone: there s a fabulous range of restaurants, pubs and shops within easy reach, or you could spend an evening at the Art Deco cinema or the Theatre by the Lake on the shore of Derwentwater. Other attractions and landmarks in the town include Keswick Museum and Art Gallery, Derwent Pencil Museum, Keswick Climbing Wall and Outdoor Adventure Centre, Puzzling Place, Friars Crag and Derwent Island. The Castlerigg Stone Circle (1 mile) dates back 5,000 years, and walkers can attempt nearby peaks such as Skiddaw (6 miles) and Grisedale Pike (5 miles) or head north to Bassenthwaite Lake (5 miles). This is one of seven apartments in the property, all accessed via a shared entrance.
