Situated within the main building of Whitbarrow Holiday Village and nestled on the fringe of Lake District National Park between Keswick and Penrith, it offers fantastic indoor leisure facilities and amenities, including a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, restaurant and bar.
The surrounding area has a great deal to offer, with Ullswater Lake 20 minutes away and Derwent Water 10 minutes from the site. Both are perfect for walks, boat tours, and boat hires or head to the famous fells, including Catbells and Blencathra. The area is also popular with cyclists who use the many country lanes, and the Village is situated on the Coast 2 Coast cycle route.
Fabulous onsite facilities, including the Eden cafe bar and restaurant, are located through the communal reception for those nights you don't want to leave the site. As for the mornings, step out the front door and walk around the corner to the indoor leisure facilities, including a large heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a cold plunge pool, a steam room and sauna, and the gym. Additional outdoor facilities include 18-hole crazy golf and a 9-hole putting green
