The living areas in this property consist of a first-floor kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, dining seating for six and a Smart TV. There is also a sitting room with Smart TV and a lower-ground-floor snug with Smart TV, along with a first-floor utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and two second-floor king-size bedrooms with Smart TV, as well as a shower room and a second-floor shower room. Outside, there is roadside, permit parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, smoking is not permitted. Within 0.1 miles there is both a shop and pub. For a wonderful dwelling in the Lake District, look no further than Netherbeck. Please note: There are sloped ceilings on the second-floor so please be mindful.

Ambleside, located near the northern extremity of England's largest lake, Lake Windermere, is an excellent location for exploring the middle Lakes, with Grasmere and the Langdale Valley just a short drive away. There is plenty to do here, including cruises, boat trips, and watersports on Lake Windermere, as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, and pubs to satisfy all interests in the hamlet. The parkland at Waterhead gives beautiful views down the lake and a brief stretch of beach, while a walk in the opposite way, following Stock Ghyll through woodland, leads to the enchanting Stock Ghyll Force waterfall.
