Nans Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for four guests, a lower-ground-floor utility with washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV and a multi-fuel Arga stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a shared, enclosed garden with lawn, furniture, and fire pit, and roadside parking is available. Within 4.2 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a river and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are also available. Nans Cottage is a charming base for your next Cumbrian getaway. Note: There is a set of stairs down to the utility and garden area. Note: The property is next to a river, please ensure children and pets are supervised.

The small village of Spark Bridge is a couple of miles away from the village of Greenodd, which has a selection of shops next to th River Crake, whilst just five miles away is the ancient market town of Ulverston. Ulverston is famous for its street markets and festivals, and boasts a wide range of shops and various leisure facilities. It is also home to the only Laurel and Hardy museum in the world. This is a great location for a walking holiday, and within driving distance are a number of attractions including, Grizedale, Coniston, Windermere, Hawkshead and Beatrix Potter's Hill Top, as well as the beautiful Furness Coast, with its golden beaches and good birdwatching opportunities. An ideal location for enjoying fantastic coastal and countryside pursuits.
