Thoughtfully designed for friends or couples, Ivy Bank is presented in a high-quality fashion, contemporary and stylish, so you can relax in true comfort.

Enter inside through the spacious hallway, where you will discover a bathroom, designed to that of a hotel standard, and a double bedroom with its own en-suite.

The lower ground floor is the place to be during your leisure time, home to an open-plan living area divided between a lounge, a compact kitchen and a central dining table.

With the added benefit of a woodburning stove, plus underfloor heating on this level, you can make yourselves right at home come summer or winter.

Two further bedrooms lie on the first floor, both are wrapped in a neutral overtone with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, tying the set-up together nicely.

The property boasts high ceilings throughout, even in the basement, and a great sense of light and space adds to the cottage experience.

Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many insightful walks, mountain biking, and the Go Ape adventure park.

Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are not too far away.

A wonderful location to begin a relaxing holiday.
