WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, smoking is not accepted. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub. There are on site-facilities, including a bar/restaurant, swimming pool, entrainment area and a spa. 32 Grasmere is a stunning base to enjoy the delights of Cumbria.

The little community of Troutbeck Bridge is located in the Lake District National Park, near to the renowned Kirkstone Pass, between the well-known towns of Windermere and Ambleside. This peaceful community, made up of a few Lakeland cottages, has a flourishing and well-liked neighbourhood tavern that serves good meals and real ales. The thriving towns of Windermere and Ambleside, which offer a variety of services like stores, pubs, and cafes, are nearby. Children will appreciate the Beatrix Potter World in neighbouring Bowness, where technology brings her characters to life.
