Holiday Rental Description

Set in the picturesque village of Eskdale, this is a fantastic holiday cottage offering self-catering accommodation with wonderful views of the Eskdale Fells.

Handy for both the pub and the village shop, there are also hundreds of walks right from the front door either on the fells or along the banks of the River Esk, which flows from the top of the valley down to the estuary at Ravenglass, an old fishing village complete with a ruined Roman bath-house. The river has natural pools for swimming and is a popular place for canoeing and fishing.
