Holiday Rental Description

Set in a beautiful historic building dating from 1897, this apartment, with views over a golf course and Morecambe Bay, is ideal for a bit of R&R. We love the chandelier and Juliet balcony in the formal dining room. There's another table in the kitchen if you want to sit with a glass of wine while supper is prepared. Or have a barbecue in the communal grill area, decked out with wooden chairs and tables. Alternatively, there are 4 acres of woodland to stroll around. Other attractions nearby include the Brown Robin Nature Reserve and the pretty town of Grange-over-Sands.

*You'll have access to 4 acres of woodland and a communal barbecue and seating area here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*Your host does not provide grills for the barbecue area. Feel free to bring your own disposable barbecue.
*Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome – however, your host kindly asks that they are kept off the beds and furnishings. Please bring your own bedding and towels for your dogs.
*There are two free designated parking spaces here.
