This delightful, historic, pretty Grade 2* Listed end of terrace Lakeland cottage was once part of the Elterwater Gunpowder Works and is situated in the centre of Elterwater village.Mill Race Cottage has a lovely outlook to the beck below and is beautifully furnished throughout. You'll notice the love and care that has been poured into this cottage as soon as you walk through the door! The sumptuous, stylish sofa (with lots of comfy cushions and blankets) in the lounge is the perfect place to curl up with a good book in front of the fire, or you can relax with a glass of wine on the private patio area at the front of the property and listen to Langdale Beck running below.
