For entertainment purposes there is a TV and WiFi. The rental price includes use of the oil fired underfloor heating, all fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels. Outside there is off-road parking for one car (There is additional parking at the top of the lane,just past the first buildings on the right as you pull onto the lane) and a courtyard with furniture. Pets are welcome at this property. Apologies, this property doesn't permit smoking. For your local conveniences, there is a shop within 1.8 miles and a pub within 1.5 miles.
