High Rigg Shepherd's Delight is a superb holiday let for romantic couples, nestled close to the Cumbria village of Wetheral, with a superb outlook over the lake. All on one level, it boasts an open-plan living om with kitchen, dining/seating area and king-size double bed, sleeping two guests. There is also a shower room and outside you have an enclosed decking area with sheltered hot tub, seating and views of open countryside. High Rigg Shepherd's Delight offers a refreshing break for you and your loved one in a fascinating part of the country.

Area
The village of Wetheral lies five miles from Carlisle in the north of Cumbria. It boasts great transport links, a village green and is overlooked by a restaurant, pub, village shop and tearooms. To the east, the 19th century viaduct towers above the river with some of the best salmon fishing in the country. Further along the river you can view a tumbling waterfall from Corby Castle and later pay a visit to the city of Carlisle for a wealth of shops and eateries.
