Offering the ideal base to explore the Cumbrian coast, Scotland (under 20 miles) and the Lake District National Park (6 miles). Visit Carlisle Castle (7 miles), Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery (7 miles) or the Solway Aviation Museum (17 miles). Carlisle station (8 miles) offers a regular train service to both Edinburgh and Glasgow or travel less than 20 miles and you will find yourself in the famous Scottish town of Gretna Green, where you can visit the wedding anvil or enjoy a day shopping at the outlet village. Further afield you can visit Keswick (24 miles). As you enter the property you will find yourself in the useful lobby where there is coat and shoe storage and a bathroom with a shower and WC. Off the lobby, there is a spacious twin bedroom with a feature fireplace and Smart TV. Walking back through the lobby you will find yourself in the well equipped kitchen with an electric hob and oven; there is a slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
