The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a single, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Off-road parking for 1 car plus additional free on street parking available in the village. Within 0.1 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Between Braithwaite and Buttermere is the beautiful Newlands Valley, while picturesque Bassenthwaite Lake is well worth a visit. From a gentle countryside ramble to a challenging hike up Skiddaw, there really is something for everyone. Visit Mirehouse, a grand house and gardens on the shores of the lake with an open-air theatre, or take a trip around the lake. Lake District Wildlife Park, Dodd Wood, Derwentwater, and Keswick with its wide range of attractions, are also within easy reach.
