The bedrooms consist of a zip/link ground-floor super-king-size with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, a zip/link ground-floor super-king-size with Smart TV and two king-size rooms with Smart TVs and en-suite shower rooms. There is also a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars, a first-floor balcony with furniture and barbecue and a multi-level rear garden with lawn, patio, a garden room with furniture and a patio with a hot tub. This property accepts one well-behaved pet, however, this property doesn't permit smoking. For your local conveniences, there is a shop and pub within 0.3 miles. In the heart of the Lake District National Park, the twin towns of Bowness and Windermere have something for everyone. Windermere Lake Cruises in Bowness offers boat trips to Brockhole, Ambleside, and Lakeside (at the southern end of the lake where the Lakeside Aquarium and the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway are situated). It's 1.5 miles to Beatrix Potter's World and the Old Laundry Theatre Orrest Head, where Alfred Wainwright got his ideas for his famous guidebooks, is a 30-minute walk away. The historic villages of Grasmere, Ambleside, and Troutbeck are all within easy driving distance. Watersports are also available at marine centres along the lake for the more active.
