Head into the well equipped kitchen with beautiful original exposed beams, there is a centre island/breakfast bar as well as a small breakfast table to sit at with a morning coffee whilst taking in the countryside views through the windows or patio doors. Take two steps down into the elegant open plan lounge/dining room. The lounge area has two stylish sofas to snuggle up on whilst watching a film on the Smart TV, and in the cooler evenings, why not light up the wood burner, filling the room with a warm cosy ambiance. On the same floor you can find the first of the bedrooms, a large single bedroom with access to the rear garden. There is also a shower room across the hall. Children of the group are welcome to make use of the twin bedroom, whilst couples can choose the master king size or double bedroom, each offering delightful views to the gardens and fields beyond.
